Who we are
Craft Financing LLC (craftfinancing.ai) is the patient-financing company of the Craft Health family (affiliated with Advanced Body Scan of Tulsa, LLC). We help patients pay for healthcare services with installment payment plans. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, consistent with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and Regulation P.
Information we collect
To provide financing, we collect information you give us on applications and through your borrower portal — such as your name, contact information, date of birth, Social Security number, income, and employment — along with information about your transactions with us (payments, account balances, payment history) and, with your consent, information from consumer reporting agencies.
How we use and share information
We use your information to process applications, service your account, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your nonpublic personal information with nonaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. We share information only as permitted by law — with service providers who help us operate (such as payment processors and communications providers), to protect against fraud, and as required by legal process.
Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers of the text-message services necessary to deliver messages to you. How we protect information
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to protect your nonpublic personal information, including encryption of sensitive data at rest and in transit and access controls limiting information to employees who need it to serve you.
Your choices and access
You can review and update your contact information and communication preferences in your borrower portal, or by contacting us. Because we do not share your information with nonaffiliated third parties for marketing, there is nothing you need to opt out of under GLBA.
