Program description
Craft Financing LLC sends account-servicing text messages to customers with an active payment plan: payment reminders, payment confirmations, past-due notices, secure links to your own payment portal, and document-signing links for a plan you started. This is not a marketing program.
Opting in
You opt in via a separate, optional checkbox — unchecked by default — during the electronic signing step of your payment plan (see the opt-in process). Consent to text messages is not a condition of financing, purchase, or service: you can decline and still receive financing, and you can revoke consent at any time with no effect on your account.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving texts from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to re-subscribe. You can also manage communication preferences in your borrower portal.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
